Dedicated account representatives with real-life grow experience in production environments take a consultative approach to help work through the process of identifying the best and most cost effective solutions to meet your particular needs. No sales people pushing products. Just real conversations with members of our team who are genuinely interested in your success. It doesn't matter how you grow, your level of experience or whether you buy a single product from us. We are here to support local growers.

Caregiver Program

Who's eligible: Medical marijuana caregivers who can provide evidence of licensure.

How much does it cost: $14.95/month*

What's included:

  • Direct access to an assigned account representative
  • 3 on-site visits per year (45 minutes/visit) where we get to know your grow and provide advice
  • Use of any Year-Round Garden location up to 3 times per year for meetings, education sessions, etc., with patients or prospective patients.

Co-op Groups

Who's eligible: Cannabis growing groups of 2-10 individuals who share equipment, space or otherwise.  One identified group lead is responsible for providing a roster.

How much does it cost: $49.95/month/group*

What's included:

  • Direct access to 2 assigned account representatives
  • 4 on-site visits per year (60 minutes/visit) where we get to know your grow and provide advice
  • Use of any Year-Round Garden location up to 4 times per year for meetings, education sessions, etc., as coordinated by the group lead.
  • Product discounts

One-on-one Consultation

Who's eligible: Everyone!

How much does it cost: $99.95/on-site visit* OR $49.95/in-store visit

What's included:

  • 60-minute consultation
  • Private discussion without interruption
  • $10 Year-Round Garden gift card

Commercial Facilities

Who's eligible: Commercially licensed marijuana cultivation facilities.

How much does it cost: Pricing begins at $500/month/facility but decreases on a per-facility basis, depending on the total # of facilities.

What's included:

  • ZERO markup over wholesale (no commissions, kick-backs or under-the-table deals)
  • Direct access to an assigned account representative
  • 4 on-site visits per year (60 minutes/visit) where we get to know your grow and understand your needs
  • Access to an expansive and diverse network of local, national and international distributors

*On-site visits included with monthly membership fee are limited to 30 miles driving distance from the closest Year-Round Garden location based on Google maps shortest drive time.  A fee of $2/mile will be assessed for additional distances.
