Smart Stripes is made using our proprietary coating technology with excellent break-up and break-down characteristics. This soil-biodegradable mulch film will provide up to 8 months of useful service against most weeds. Both the exposed and buried portions of the film will last up to 8 months in most soil conditions or beds up to 8 inches high.
Smart Stripes biodegrades naturally as microbes in the soil absorb the ASTM D-6400 certified mixture and convert it into compost and CO2, leaving only harmless minerals.
